My experience as a Registered Nurse (RN, BScN) and my education in Counselling Psychology (MACP) enabled me to register as a Registered Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy in collaboration with my supervising psychologist. We treat a number of mental health challenges and provide individualized care for clients seeking support and recovery. My approach draws from psychodynamic methods such as Adlerian Therapy as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and energy healing practices.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Support through wellness coaching can address and enhance many areas in our lives that may be holding us back from attaining our truest potential and feeling positive. Problems which can get in the way of wellness may include relationship struggles, feelings of self-doubt and lack of direction. I aim to empower you to discover strengths and personal desires to help you live your best life. I also hold qualifications as a Mind Rebel Practitioner.
Often I find that clients have a hard time conceptualizing the work of grounding and stabilizing their nervous system. Gaining awareness of where our thoughts and emotions are can be challenging without support and time to look within. I am now offering a four hour wellness session that coach clients through grounding skills, meditation, nature practices as well as self inquiry and is facilitated in a peaceful nature setting.
